These terms describe communications and website use for Home Design and Repair, a business name used by EMK EVOLVED, doing business as Home Design and Repair. For service-specific scope, estimates, pricing, scheduling, payment terms, or warranties, the written estimate or agreement for that particular project controls.

Estimate requests and service communication

Submitting an estimate request does not automatically schedule an appointment or authorize work. We review requests and contact you with availability. Information and examples shown on our website and showroom are general references, not guarantees of specific prices, timelines, or outcomes.

Home Design and Repair SMS messaging program

If you separately and voluntarily agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Home Design and Repair, messages may include estimate acknowledgments, scheduling and appointment details, reminders, project or service updates, answers to your questions, and estimate follow-ups. Messaging is intended for people who have affirmatively opted in to these communications. Promotional text messages, if offered, require a separate marketing opt-in as applicable.

Agreeing to receive automated SMS messages is not required to request an estimate or purchase our services. Consent is optional, never preselected on our behalf, and can be withdrawn. After you opt out, we may send a confirmation of your request, and we may communicate through another channel where appropriate. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery and availability depend on carriers and networks.

Privacy and data use

HDR Content Studio and connected platforms

HDR Content Studio is provided for authorized Home Design and Repair business use. Connected platform accounts may be used to create, schedule, and publish content only after the account owner grants the required permissions through the platform's authorization process.

The authorized user is responsible for the accuracy, rights, and appropriateness of media and captions selected for publication and may edit or cancel scheduled content before publishing. Platform availability and publishing features remain subject to the policies, permissions, limits, and review processes of the connected service. Home Design and Repair may modify or discontinue application features when necessary for security, compliance, or reliability.
